Does Jackie's name and brand appear on the product, or does OO?
Jackie's brand only. The platform is configured with his logo, chosen product name ("Edge AI," "Edge Workforce," or whatever he picks), and his domain. All notification emails and client dashboards carry his brand. OO and the underlying technology are invisible to Jackie's clients. Jackie presents this as his own product.
What does Jackie actually do during the pilot? How much of his time is required?
Jackie selects the 3 pilot clients, sends the intro message using OO's drafted copy, and hosts a 20-minute results call at Day 25. OO handles the technical deployment, configuration, and ongoing support. Total Jackie time for the 30-day pilot: roughly 3-4 hours, most of which is the Day 25 conversations.
What happens if a pilot client is unhappy with the agent?
During the pilot, the client is not charged, so the risk is Jackie's credibility rather than his client's money. OO has a 48-hour response SLA for any agent issue. If a problem cannot be resolved in 48 hours, OO credits Jackie's next month. The pilot is explicitly positioned as a 30-day test - so if a client is not seeing results, the conversation is "what do we need to adjust?" not "why did you charge me for this?"
What does the agent actually do for a plumber or electrician client?
It answers missed calls via SMS within 60 seconds, qualifies the job (emergency vs scheduled, location, job type), collects the caller's name, address, and problem description, and books directly to the owner's calendar. Yes. The recommended path is exactly that. Option 2 proves the product with Jackie's existing clients in 30 days. Option 3 is the natural upgrade when Jackie has testimonials in hand and wants to activate the LinkedIn, YouTube, and SEO channels. There is no penalty for starting small and expanding.
Does Jackie need to be technical to manage this?
No. Jackie manages the client relationship - the same way he does with his VA service. OO manages the platform. The handoff is clean: Jackie's clients contact Jackie for anything; Jackie passes technical issues to OO via a shared Slack channel. OO responds within the agreed SLA. Jackie never needs to touch the platform configuration directly.
