The GES Brain

Seven interconnected ops modules, one central intelligence loop. Each module handles a distinct function. Signals pass between them - an intake triggers a CRM record, which triggers a review request, which feeds the social queue. Jackie's business runs more of itself with every module added.

7 Module Breakdown

Module 1
VA Intake
Structured intake workflow for new client onboarding. Collects requirements, surfaces candidate shortlist from staffing library, routes match to Jackie for approval. Jackie's VA does 20-30h/mo here today - this module compresses that.

Module 2
CRM + Pipeline
Go High Level drives Jackie's client relationships. This module manages the pipeline stages from prospect to onboarded client, tracks renewal dates, and flags clients showing disengagement signals before churn happens.

Module 3
Review Agent
Post-job automated review request via SMS. 4-5 star responses route to Google Maps deep link. 1-3 star responses route to internal flag for Jackie's VA to follow up. Jackie's listed "review management" service, automated.

Module 4
Social Queue
LinkedIn posts, YouTube video distribution, and client content drafts flow through Metricool (already in Jackie's stack). This module automates the scheduling and surfaces what needs Jackie's approval without manual daily management.

Module 5
Reporting
Weekly briefing for Jackie covering: active client count, VA performance flags, open replacement requests, pipeline status, and review scores. Friday delivery, auto-generated. Jackie spends 10 minutes on it, not 2 hours building it.

Module 6
Outbound Outreach
LinkedIn sequencing for both Jackie and Eric's accounts (see LinkedIn Lead Tree page). Automated connection requests, 3-step message sequences, and calendar booking flow. Reduces the "Eric at the bar" single point of failure.

Module 7
Sales Agent
The white-label AI sales agent Jackie resells to his 27 clients and BNI network. Intake + qualification + calendar booking. Each niche has a different qualification script. This is the product Jackie sells - the other 6 modules support Jackie himself.

Cross-Module Signal Flow

Each module generates signals that adjacent modules consume. The loop is the value - no one module is as powerful alone as it is connected to the others.

M1 - VA Intake New client record created in GHL M2 - CRM pipeline opens
New onboarding triggers a CRM record. No manual entry. Jackie's VA confirms the intake; the record appears automatically.
M2 - CRM Job completion event M3 - Review request fires
When a client is marked "settled" in CRM (3+ months, no replacement request), the review agent sends its first automated review request. Timing is intentional - ask too early and the review won't be strong.
M3 - Review Agent 5-star review landed M4 - Social queue picks it up
New positive reviews auto-populate a "what our clients say" social post draft. Jackie approves with one click in Metricool. Zero copy-writing required.
M7 - Sales Agent (Jackie's client) Lead booked + result logged M5 - Reporting captures it
Every lead the sales agent captures for Jackie's trade clients feeds into Friday's weekly report. Jackie sees how many leads his clients are getting from the product he sold them - this is his renewal conversation data.
M5 - Reporting Pipeline gaps identified M6 - Outbound fires sequence
If pipeline falls below Jackie's target (say, 3 warm prospects), M6 automatically adds new LinkedIn connection requests that week. Outbound scales to fill the gap without Jackie deciding manually.
M6 - LinkedIn outbound Prospect replies positively M1 - VA Intake triggered
A warm LinkedIn reply triggers the intake form link in the next message. If they fill it out, M1 begins the VA matching flow automatically. Eric's calendar booking is the close point.
